Lisa Uihlein is a Lisa PhotoKripalu yoga teacher and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Lisa has been teaching yoga for 19+ years and has owned and operated Turning Point yoga since 1998.  She loves to share the gift of Kripalu yoga as it has been a source of her own joy and well being.








 


 

Joanne Keane

She has spent decades exploring indigenous worldly traditions as well as contemporary methods of healing the body/mind. She holds the space in her classes as an environment of trust, for YOU to evolve consciously and become your own guide. To manifest your life intended by your passions, and dreams. Judy Stevens, LCSW, KYT, PRYT

Judy Stevens began her yoga practice in the late 1970s.  She has been a Kripalu Yoga Teacher on the Shoreline since 1987.  During those years she has taught numerous classes and workshops in various studios, gyms, and wellness centers.  She has also instructed students in her Madison office and in private homes.  Judy has been a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist since 1994.  This form of therapy integrates mind and body and facilitates the release of chronically held physical and emotional tension.  Her work as a psychotherapist has been guided and enhanced by her commitment to the body’s wisdom.  She was one of the first psychotherapists on the Shoreline to include body/mind integration in her private practice.

Judy’s focus and passion is creating a safe and caring environment for her students—guiding them to slow down, relax, connect with their bodies, and increase their strength and flexibility.

 

 

Diana Parsell Achee 
Diana has been practicing yoga since 2010.  She developed a passion for the practice in Lisa Uihlein's Kripalu classes.  Yoga became essential to Diana's physical and mental wellbeing and lead her to dig deeper into the practice. She completed YogaWorks 200 hour teacher training under Angela Botta in Dec 2016.  Diana's class offers gentle flow with focus on proper alignment and the union of breath and movement.
